Has anyone bought one from there? If so, did it work fine?

I'm only asking because I need a hard drive for my slim and I'm pretty sure they won't accept it back since I opened it and all...assuming it doesn't work.

I'm pretty sure they come with a 30 day warranty, so either way if it doesn't work go get a new one or your money back.

If you buy it used, yes. If it's new then I think you get store credit.

It's hardware not a video game... so the return policy is different. Ask the cashier before you buy the shit, just to make sure.

EDIT: Urggh. I asked the cashier and he said that if I took it apart I can't return it. (I'm pretty sure I can just go to a different gamestop) Now I'm on the hunt to see if any of my friends have the old xbox so I can try it on their's first haha. Btw, does anyone know how to tell if the xbox works? Just like if I plug it in and check the memory it'll say however much is on there?
