Was just wondering if anybody knew a good type of paint to use on concrete obstacles that doesn't chip off?

Meh... I use spraypaint. It chips and stuff where you grind so it look rather realistic.

well, the type that doesn't chip is powder coat, which you need a special machine for. besides that, glossy spraypaint does the job. i'd imagine acrylic would feel super sticky and bumpy, simply because you have to brush it on, as well as it's natural texture when it dries.

All depend of what you wanna paint on your concrete. If you want to fully paint it, you can use spraycan, and do some effect, but limited. If you want to do some "artwork" on it, I recommended acrilic markers like poscas, molotov one4all, OnTheRun... Of course, You can mix both techniques (background with spraycans and artwork with markers )
