Probably not too long, and since their young they might even get off with a caution. But due to the intensive beating, I think that they might get somewhere between a couple days to a week or so. (But that's just an estimate)

Well they'd just get a slap on the wrist if they're under 18, but I'd they're over 18, assault of a minor can be taken very seriously, I'd say a couple of years maximum.

After the age of 16, you can be charged as an adult in the US. The kids will probably end up with no more then 2 months in a detention center for teens..
