| Hello all, Again, looking for your thoughts, comments and suggestions on my new nose/tail proto-type. The board in the pic is a 32mm and the picture, actually exaggerates the point. In reality, the point is less pronounced. Also, it is hard to tell in the picture, but the nose is 1mm longer than the tail. I am considering adding this as another option, available for all the board shapes I now stock (Classic, Venti and Extreme). Also, contrary to rumor, I am not that savvy with the computer or html,, so if anyone can help me to post the pic in the thread, I would be grateful. Until then, the link is attached for your review. Regards, Jim |

| Something different but, if you switch side for a revert or something it'd feel weird? |

| Kerry, thank you!!
All, Not sure how it is going to work at all, but trying to be creative in my designs with the input of others! My team especially likes this. Hence, this is a proto-type! |

| Thanks for this pic, I think I like the yellowood shape, and very similar to what i am trying to do. Their board is very nicely done!
My proto-type is very similar to my son's favorite skate board. Comparing the two, my nose may also be a bit more blunt and the radius starts more at the end of the truck holes, the yellowood goes deeper.
Also, this is just the 'outside shape' of the board, the mold is not changing, still same dips, kick, etc. I plan to have it available in all the molds, Classic, Extreme and Venti.
So, the question... as to perfomance, Will the bluntness hurt or help the nose? will the tail help? My team is asking for this and I am getting good feedback from some folks, other folks want the perfect radius. |

| Looks kind of... different! I'm not completely sure on how this would perform. I think It might be a bit sketch if you were to pop-shuv and try a trick on the opposing side.

| i feel like the performance would be hindered with a pointed tail, but i like that its something different! who knows maybe itll work. Woodguest makes their noses more pointed, and when i use it for nollies or ollies it still feels good. i think if you made the squaring and point less pronounced it would be nice. |

| if everyone stuck to the normal shape and never tried to innovate, skateboards would still be 6 inches wide with no kicktails.
good on ya jim for trying something different to move things forward. maybe this isnt the shape and its time for another go, but im glad to see someone trying to think outside the box. |
