Just wondering what you thought about the aphliksun plaza.

Wondering if you guys actually buy aphilikshun stuff like this

Now, I know you all know what I am thinking when I look at this unique obstacle/park.

But what do you guys think of stuff like this? A lot of people seem to love this so I am just wondering am I going in the wrong route of not proportioning my stuff correctly, making my products look real, etc.

I mean, as a fingerboarder, not a ramp company owner, personally, I don't think I'd buy this for >$20 bucks. Mainly because the layout of it, just doesn't make sense, the top of the plaza to hit down the stairs? You have like 4 inches to roll up, the flat handrail is barely raised and when you would get to the end of it to hit down that, you're practically into nothing, the kicker seems a bit high (but those are always different, who knows unless you try it) and then it's like on the 2 staired angle iron and rails, it's like you have to jump over the stairs or you grind the part of the stairs too?

Idk, This is just me talking, what do you guys think?

Later on I do want to build a pretty epic park for myself and maybe will venture off into doing something like this, but shipping costs are usually a (~ಠ_ಠ)~

It does indeed seem cramped.

I love having lots of space around my obstacles, but i still think a plaza like that one could be fun.

Yea, I agree it's one of those things that I guess you'd just have to try n buy.

I think bigger obstacles are more correct for fingerboarding, because even though fingerboarding is miniature skateboarding, the tricks we do are anything but realistic. Sure kickflips and pop shove its are real skateboarding tricks, but can you seriously trick that high? when I do a flip onto a rail, I trick easily 4 inches above the rail before I actually make contact. So that means I'm tricking like 6 feet in the air if it were a real skateboard. So yeah, scale does matter, but from where I stand it matters more in the board, and less in the obstacle.

Just my 2 cents..
