| Hey guys, I'm doing some research and I'd just like to ask you a few questions: 1. What is your general opinion of Fingershop? 2. Do you feel the product range is good, and priced reasonably? 3. Any products that you'd like to see in future? 4. Any suggestions in how Fingershop could improve and move forward? 5. Anything else? Thanks, Danny Also, detailed answers would be great |

| 1) Seems like a ghost company to me, always has..... sort of like they let the site sit there and expect people to magically find it. 2) Could have you sorted the ramps.... but a lot of stuff is often out of stock, and people would prefer BRR then Mitt. 3) not sure 4) I guess by not being such ghosts/ getting involved with the online see more. All my answers were fair and honest |

| I honestly have only seen Fingershop once befor this post, so as Sola said they should get more involved.
I like the product range, a little bit of everything. But it is just a LITTLE bit.
I think they should get more wheels, especially Bearing Wheels. Mitt Ramps are interesting, but I don't like all of the burned edges, and the snap together assembly.
They should consider getting more tuning, and I think it's nice too see more underground companies making it onto larger sites. And maybe some stuff made uniquely by Fingershop? |

| Thanks guys, The owner is finding it hard to organize his time right now, which is why he doesn't get as involved in the scene. So promotion is definitely something that needs to happen more? Also, Fingershop is direct family of mitt, hence why they don't make their own products |

| Maybe you should take over the promotion then?
It takes someone active on the forums to become a wellknown company/store.. |

| 1) Seems cool, there quite quiet though.
2) Nice range of ramps, always thought the mitt ramps looked sick, I think more decks and wheels would be good though.
3) Not in particular.
4) Maybe have more team members, advertise more, post on here and maybe hold/sponsor and event.

| Yeah mikkel, perhaps it would be better for me to take over promotional things And Jack, I'm pretty sure that when mitt sponsors an event the stuff comes from Fingershop Thanks for the great feedback |

| Like everybody else said they are fairly quiet.
I think the range is okay. Not great though but the products; especially BRR are always out of stock.
I guess promoting themselves more would be a good step.
Quick question for you Danny; are you off Temple? |

| I think Fingershop just needs more promotion, either through sponsoring events and people or active news updates about new products/services. It should also integrate with the UK scene by supporting UK events. A graphical redesign of the site might also be good.
Also, Fingershop having the same name as Fingershop.es could lead to confusion. |

| My POV. They have few products, most of them more expensive than all other sites. In the left menu, the big spelling mistake don't give a legit and respectable opinion ("Bleckrver-ramps"). They must correct this asap
If it's to have "out of stock" products, they can put more to have more shiny pictures on the empty pages. |

| Yeah, we'll work on that stuff when he's finished moving! Also, rabbertz, don't buy from 4cfb, they're just mass produced China products, they're just re sold by a ton of companies for a dumb price. If you order from fingershop I'll email the owner and ask if he could ship it ASAP for you? |
