Anyone could of thought of that idea though so why not sell it ? its not a sough hes making a specific design its like brr making a quarter and saying no one can make this quarter and sell it now...

Quarter is a different thing imo... I mean... Brr didn't invent quarter, it was invented before brr even was there.

And yeah, everyone could thought of that idea, but I came out with it first. It needs a patent though that no one else can't legaly make the same thing, but cmoon, it's only fingerboarding and the fingerboarding scene is so small that we can deal with these things without some ombudsmen or any other shit come around.
