Yeah I agree with Jack. I think it's a good cause but it's not worth all the STOP KONY 2012 on every fucking video and every other post on twitter -.-

Yeah and its weird how its all kids thinking that they are on some higher order all of a sudden. I can garruantee you none of these kids were as sympathetic for the Haiti earthquake, which has been perhaps more destructive than this kony. Why all of a sudden are kids trying to "support" this? Why do posers wear skate shoes and carry around boards?

THE AFRICANS CHILDREN'S CHOIR?!?! I had some at my house too! They were such life changing kids. So respectful and grateful, and always wanted to run everywhere. They would ask to race on on foot while we were skating They were such a stark contrast to the ungrateful, trouble making 10 year olds we Americans have today.
Children of Uganda they do dancing but there is some singing too and its really amazing I swear they have the worst past but they are so nice and grateful for everything

I hate how people think that just outting it as a status is actualy going to do somthing about it :L If they cared so much they would do somthing towards it e.g. donate.
the guys that are doing it are getting rich from doing this, last year they actually only used 32% of the money made for the actual charity and kept the rest for themselves.
yeah but still there doing things to help still theve built schools out there with that 32%

The whole organization is a piece of shit. Why do we need a whole army out looking for kony? He hands the kids a gun and tells them to shoot his parents? They know they're going to die anyways. Why doesn't one of them shoot kony or atleast the 30,000 of them rebel against the "rebels?
Fucking stupid. If they don't want to stop and save their own then I say why do they deserve help from us? They can easily take him down without us with the pull of a trigger. Just another well-marketed bs charity taking parents money and giving hipsters another thing to obsess about.
The situation in Africa is far much more complex than the video leads anyone to believe.
I would suggest actually looking into it yourself like educated people before y'all have.
Our consumerist lifestyles are partially to blame and China is also placing a large influence on them... I've known about this kind of stuff since I was 13 (basically old enough to comprehend it). People need to open their eyes and see what happens in the world beyond what they see on the television and social media... People are paid to lie to you and to make you feel like we live in a safe little bubble.
The truth is the world is much more fucked up than our overlords would like you to believe. They'd rather feed you bullshit and take your money because that's all they care about... Human empathy and helping each other is their last priority.

They're kids..... Kids in Africa.. If you have 30,000 other kids around you doing something, you're going to think it's the right thing to do. Some of them don't even have a chance either. Do it, or die. Things are definitely a lot different there than it is here, obviously. They don't know any better.

Although im not such a fan of Invisible Children it doesn't mean the entire cause its bad. Im sure there are much better charities to support for the same people that give more towards what they say they are. It doesnt really seem that they can just handle it on their own because what Peter said it also seems that rather than just getting rid of htis one problem money should be going towards sending them to school because school will help them for the rest of their life and maybe put some better people into the government
