ok so this deck took a week to get ere which is decent i guess nicely packed etc

first impression was Wow this deck looked sooo good the botom ply was one of the best ive seen the laqure was so smooth and it looked all good 10/10


craftmanship on this deck is nice it had a nice ply combo and was well presented only problem was the deck didnt feel like wood or look like wood
it looked like the deck was coverd in a plastic substance i don't know.

Performance on this deck was horrrrible now im not some random hater this deck resembles my old fourcorner HC mold alot same kicks same dips only diffrence was the deck rounding off was more boxy i dont know if thats a word or not. not impresed by the performance of this deck at all not at all.

also the pop was abit meh and it was flexible

to be honest this deck looks like a china brand no lie

overall 5.5/10 not my preference i wont recommend this deck to any one unless you want to throw away money.

this is not at all what ive heard of about their decks. i got one in the mail atm, and the Hex trucks on their site also. ill do a review as well. I hope you are wrong :roll:

I personally have never used a Northwood, but there shape does look a bit too extreme. Maybe they should work on a mellow mold? Peter you should pitch Jay that idea...

I don't know if I will just yet, maybe after the collab with Kingpin trucks which is the 4th company to make their own trucks like brr and y trucks and no they don't look the same as brt's. If Melvin had his wn deck he would have a different opinion because who knows what Melvin could f done to the deck so I could care less of this review unless it had received the deck straight from Northwoods

Peter I know your obbsesion with your so love company you act like the owner blah blah blah anyways i know what im talking about. The only reason i reviewd this deck was because its exactly the same shape a s a 4c hc mold exactly so yea.

I could see them performing like china decks but the quality seems very nice, if they were better performance I bet they'd do well
