I'm not sure if this is in the right section so sorry in advance. I'm having a problem with the oak wheels company. I ordered some wheels from them about a month ago, and my wheels have not come in yet. He gave me a tracking number, and they havn't left New Yourk since two days after he shipped the wheels. I emailed oak wheels three times about this, and i never get a response. What should I do?

well if there stuck in ny then there probably gonna at a mail place. I think they might have got lost somewhere in this place. I forget his name but the owner is really nice he will sort it out

if you've got a tracking number, also you should be able to contact what ever company you have said tracking number with and they will be able to shed some light on the situation hopefully
