| Just curious, how did you make the holes, i know you pierce first but you have to pierce a second more larger and less deep, but with what ? |

| the first mold i ever made what a crazy pain in the neck it was to get just right !!!! i had no idea shaping and drilling truck holes would be so hard. seriously also i must be an iddiot - because i can not for the life of me get a ply to dye all the way thru. im using 1/32 thickness maple. so far ive got my sheets in the dye for 24 hours and they are still just not all the way thru yet. i tried cutting off a small corner to check earlier. using a package of orange powder rit dye mixed with about 8oz of water = not getting the results i need. food coloring seems to just make a mess on me. my brother drew does the art on my decks. he is amazing - i suck - as you can see what i did to the "cross" rasta color deck.. yeah lolz mad props to yall guys doing alot of good decks out there. its a billion times harder than i thought my hand made bondo mold #1 makes this shape ill have to take pix of my mold #2 and the shape that makes. bondo sucks tho. my next mold i try to make will maby be made of a resin / fiberglass or maby just short strand fiber bondo stuff is alot stronger... but harder to shape in the begining. my mold is crazy wide like 37 mm wide... so yeah.. hopefully mold #3 ends up being only 33mm wide so i dont have to waste so much wood in my press. i need to take more pix i think to show yall and then do a giveaway for a deck. |

Keep it up. |
