This is inane.

So I got a call from Asda yesterday saying I'd got a job interview. Almost got kicked out of the job centre for getting a job interview (of which the irony has no end) because I was quietly on my phone in the corridor, but that's another story.

The interview was today. 12:00. Stressing to fuck (because interviews are stressful + I'm hardly well versed in them) I went there, all smarted up and everything. Talked to the customer service person like they said to. She phoned 4 different departments, none of which knew anything about the interview - nor anything else going on interview wise this week. Also the name of the person I was told it would be with, apparently there was no one by said name who worked there.

And that my friends, coupled with the fact that my girlfriend has worked there for like 3 months and hasn't even been given training yet, and the fact that their food tastes pretty poop.. is why asda suck balls.

@foreign people - asda is one of the biggest supermarket chains in the UK, they're owned by walmart.

When I was on the dole they were really funny with me, one day I went in there and told them I had a job interview, and then said that I hadn't done enough to search for work and stopped my money for a week......... I was fuming, so I complained and was latex apologised to by the JC interviewer, it was amazing.

I've been to asda before, last time I went to England. Its waaaaaaaaay worse than tesco in my opinion.

a) tesco are just as shit when it comes to food.. admitedly they pay more, but I think they're still naff. Not that I wouldn't work there, just saying.. eugh. Sainsburys are the only big supermarket with awesome food, unless you want to pay morrisons or waitrose prices.
b) melvin you say that like I haven't applied for everything that's come up - I've been jobless on and off for like 3 years now. next week its been a year since my last job. there's just soo little that comes up.

its called jobseekers allowance.. sucks, but oh well. Stay in education as long as you can to avoid it, haha XD
