| I can't man :/ The train and coach both cost wayy too much for me, like £60ish, and for some reason they take 6 hours too! I'll try and come down for a meetup next time I'm at my Grans though! Or a meetup at the end of august when I am at my grans? |

| its most likely gonna be the end of september, what are everyone's thoughts on that? weekend obviously. Danny I know busses/etc are mega expensive if you book direct, and its retarded how their online systems work, but try booking a bus to manchester, then a bus to Bristol. 90% of the time its a fook load cheaper if you do it that way. Same with trains. Have a play about and you might find something affordable |

| ^This, so what if the events are a week within eachother? You chose the rough date first, his original date was at the beginning of August. I'd much rather go to an event full of friends, rather than pay £10 to spend the day in a room with a shit load of fanbexes. |

| well, I have big plans for this. To let you guys in slightly, I plan to make this the first UK championships, have a cash prize for the winner as well as tons of sponsor prizes, and make there only one competition, that would be similar to a scaled down Fast Fingers/EFC/etc. Obviously other stuff like raffles and giveaways would go down all day as well.
So, I'd kind of hate to do all that and only get half as many people who could come going.
Also the cheapest suitable place I found is gonna cost £180, so I kind of want at least 20 people there so I can make £100 back on that. |

| ^That sounds incredible! Also, I don't think anyone would want you to lose ANY money, so depending of how many register, base the cost on that? If 180 is the cheapest, and 20 of us come, make it £9 entry! People will pay that for a good quality event, but the fact that LW2 was £5, and LW3 is in the same venue, just shows that Toebex wants to make a shit load of money. |

Costs like twice as much, so rory actually isn't making a shit load of money. But, yea, I can try end of august if people will come regardless of LW2 being another date and you guys would still pay maybe £7 to get in? |

| Oh, that makes sense then.
But I'll be able to make the end of August! And I'd be willing to pay more than £7 if needs be!
And to be honest, the events are relatively close, about 2 hours from Bristol to London? If people are staying over somewhere, I don't see why they couldn't go to both. |
