I'd love to know everybody's favorite tape, and why they love it. Hard, soft, thin, thick, porous, smooth? Personally I just tried out the new Foamy J2 and new fav tape of all time. I loved the old foamy j but it always tore off of my decks too quickly. Coming in a close second would definitely have to be Black Gold by DK Decks, its so perfect, and I think It's like 5 USD for 5 pieces? Idk, but it's just marvelous stuff.

LowPro tape, I like it very much, the only problem is that it comes out quickly, but it's a smooth nice tape, till need to try fbs

Well im assuming tech deck foam tape is just china tape, So china tape is my favorite.

Tech Deck foam tape is very different from what people call china tape.

have you tried lowpro tape ?
It's like a mixture of riptape and fbs, that's what I think

lowpro tape is like old rip, which i do love, but its never in stock on flatface and i cant be bothered to order from lowpro's site.

I think flatface doesn't even sell Lp tape anymore, maybe mike forgot to take it out of the site, but the last time I remember seeing it in stock was like 5 weeks ago, but I don't visit flatface that often so..

I only just started but i love me some tech deck foam tape

old rip once its worn in

its hit or miss for me. alot has to do with the deck its on. high concave and high kicks / 29mm or 32mm.

if the deck is thin - than realley grippy tape like china but if a deck is 32 than i think i perfer a less grippy tape like a medium porus tape = i forgot the brand name of it.

im the worst with tape. i have like 7 diffrent kinds and i forgot to label each one what was what when i bought it = and now its all mixed up

so when i do find a tape i like - i cant remember what it is to order more of it = lolz
