| I think it can be really good, and suit a lot of people, anna has like.. 12 in both ears? either 8 or 12, I don't remember. Nothing too big, my brother used to have one 22 and the other ear two, one was 18 and I forget what the other was, right next to each other.. I think that was crazy and not a lot of people can pull it off. Its gotta fit your style, I don't think anything above 15 could really suit the kind of vibe skateboarding has, but, its all about who you are. We don't know your personality that well, so, thats a question only you can answer I used to want it, but, nahh. Cba with piercings or tattoos, I think they seem wayy more appealing when you're young. Or, maybe I only wanted them to fit in when I was an kid. Who knows. If you don't go really big, then, try it and should heal up if you don't like it. Make sure you clean them as often as possible. Month old un washed ear stretches smell like the most vile rotting cheese in the world. Like, not much makes me urge but when I smelt my brothers once as he was changing plugs, I almost threw up. Notnice. |

| Here is me before my career change. Take head to everything that Kerry said. And the main thing you need to remember when stretching is TAKE IT SLOW!!! Make sure you wear each gauge for at least a month if not longer, so they can properly heal. Dont force them...if they dont go in easy, then your not ready...I stretched to 26mm over the course of about 1 1/2 years...now they are still around 8mm and I havent worn anything in well over a year. |

| ^every part of you looks like its been stretched when you're 80, you're all saggy and such. Wouldn't make a difference.
If you like it, and want it, do a little stretch, see how you feel with it for a while, and decide via that. Less than 10mm is gonna heal up almost definitely ,and less than 5mm defo will heal up and leave no more mark than a normal piercing scar, which after like a year are practically invisible : o |

| something 'emos' would do? >_< I hate that everything alternative is 'emo' these days. A) 'emo' people are scene kids B) I think ear stretches are more attributed with hardcore + metal, but scene can cross over to those so thats why they're being done by a lot of people these days.
That sounds nasty about an ear snap though.. bet its well sexy XD |

| Im only planning to stretch it to 5mm for now anyway, ive had my ear pierced for 3-4 years, maybe longer. Ive seen people with huge stretched ears, and i dont think its that appealing. I think around 5 - 10mm looks the best |

| It is just a fasion statement now...when I started doing it, it was not "main stream" like it is now...I started stretching my junior year in high school (1993) and it was almost unheard of... |

Just because something was alternative back then, it was as such still something you wanted to do because liked the look of it I'm assuming, so in a way was a statement of your fashion.. Fashion means a style, not just whats 'fashionable' i.e. gothic is a fashion. But yea, sooo many people do it now. I remember back when I was in secondary school and I saw it online, I'd never seen it in my life! Took 4 years later for me to see a stretch irl. |

| Put the 2mm in now, its tiny, but its a start. And the end snapped off while i was faffing with it. Lol interestingly, the stretcher comes with little o-rings to hold it in place, and theyre exactly like fb orings xD |
