| Gilly! I got my stuff today, yes the hole is extremely small but after a bit of hard work I got them on my ytrucks, yes my thumbs and index fingers hurt like hell, but it's not impossible to tget hem on ytrucks, you have to definitely make the hole bigger, but as it's a good material I was abe to strech it enough to put it on the kingpin the bushing make all typed of heelflips much easier tks for the stuff gilly! edit: sorry but no pic of the bushing set up coz my camera sucks, if I can take a pic I'll post it =S |

| dame that got there FAST!!!!.... and yer im working on it... the material i bang on for hardness but like you say it deffo needs bigger holes |

| Gilly, before you make the hole, how long do you leave the bushings for? I have a theory, the material shrinks, so let it shrink BEFORE you drill the holes? The material would shrink as much as possible, so the hole shouldn't shrink if you drill it afterwards? |

| it did gilly, and it should've gotten here yesterday maybe, coz today is thursday and tuesday was holiday so..it was pretty quick well this was the best my damn camera could do so.. sorry for le shitty pic =S |

| yes but the problem is the rubber i use melts around the drill bit... it has a really low melting point you see |

| obviously i can hand drill them just twisting the drill bit.. but its very time consuming and makes the finished product look cheep

| Yeah, to get a clean hole in plastic you need a high speed And I see now! How about leaving them in the mold for longer until it shrinks around the hole in the mold? |

| ive just found a supplier for clear O ring bushings so ive got a few coming XD and danny ive tried that ... left some in the mold for 3 days now and we will see results in a few days... fingers crossed... but regardless im going to make them more like BRT bushings... as i love that shape |

I have done before but it weakens the rubber ALOT... and they split.... looking at other rubbers at the moment but ill keep trying |

| gilly if u gonna change the material try to find a material that's not so strong, a bit more rubery, but this one is quite good too mate! |

| Not at the moment... Got a festival coing up this weekend (creamfields) so all my money is held up with that at moment ... will looking into new mold next week an hopefully get some prototypes done next week aswell |
