So, my 15 year old cousin has been talking to this guy who is my age 19, he's been sending really weird messages to her, I've hacked her Facebook and read some of the messages he's sent, there not pretty.
She's been sending him inappropriate photos.

This morning my girlfriend logged on to her Facebook, and seen that this guy my cousin has been talking to has been arrested for accused of raping a girl the same age as my cousin.

This is just a quarter of what's happened..

She just thinks its a joke.

what the...no offense but I take your cousin is easily mislead and very gullible?

I know this is kinda fucked up to ask but is it statutory rape or like legit rape? I ask because if he's a legitimate rapist then he can be a real danger. I know it's a weird question to ask and may sound rude so I'm sorry if I did come across as rude. It's still fucked up that he needs to get with girls younger then him. I'd say talk to him in person if you can and let him know that this is not ok one bit. If he really has been arrested for rape then won't he have a parole officer? Talk to him?

^i don't think it's the age that's the fucked up part. If i remember correctly my dad started dating my mom when she was like 16 and he is 9 years older than her.

But yea, if he rapes people that's fucked up.. If he had sex with a girl who regretted afterwards.. Well, then i don't really care..

Well I mean when you hear about someone raping someone it's terrible but when you hear they "raped" them because of the age difference it tends to change your view. obviously by age difference I mean a couple of years not like a 30 year old man with a 15 year old girl.

I don't know the exact story behind him been arrested, just been told by laraa.

i dont think the age difference is nothing to be too worried about....a girl of 15 dating a 19 year old is nothing new. it happens every day.

but if he had sex with her against her will then its a different matter.

also the rape 'allegations' could be false....it could be people making stuff up because they are not pleased with the gilr dating an older guy perhaps?

maybe ask your cousin how he treats her? and if he has had sex with her?

also more often than not, its the younger girls who chase the older guys....not the other way around.

im sure she knows the score though. or maybe not? some girls of 15 are very grown up, yet others are more naive....if she is the latter it might be worth worrying about.

Basically this guy wanted the photos, and now that he got the doesn't speak to he anymore, plus kinda glad she doesn't speak to him.

My cousin is gullible, I think she just wants guys attention but goin the wrong way about it.

She hasn't slept with this guy, I don't even think she's met him, but they were going to hang out at one stage.

EDIT: this is just a quarter of what's going on with her though.
