okay, a meet up or an event in bristol depending on how many people turnup, it will be held in the local youth centre in st annes, bristol the date would be between january and march next year. there will be competitions and s.k.a.t.e (still depepning on the ammount of people, there will be food and drinks provided and there is corner shops near by:)
i am working on sponsors but i still need to know how many people will go, it will probably be about £4 entry fee mostly for the renting of the venue, please LET ME KNOW THROUGH PM

just so you know there's another crossed fingers chill event (not a championship) in april, so if you're gonna do this I'd do it earlier rather than later.

being how cheap the venue I got was it's a pretty bad idea to do it so far out, broadmead is a lot easier to get to than st annes and if you're paying for a venue you're going to need more than bristolians to come, so you're gonna need people to be able to get there

nonetheless I'll be there

i only thought that place beacuse it has a small indoor skatepark:)

i think this will just have to be a small meetup as the scene in bristol is tiny, depends on who shows up though

People aren't going to say they will definitely come unless you have a realistic venue that's easy to get to, especially for people traveling from far

i just made another venue enquiery, its a scooter/bmx/small skateshop... kind of ironic.. but its better than nothing

ive got 2 theres one in st george called 'the park'
and yeh that one, as they have huge outdoor space where they but mini ramps and shizz

the park is fucking tiny, don't do it there. also st george is ages away : o

if you don't do it somewhere central, it's not going to be get-to-able by others really, so that'll put people off coming. and if you want to break even on the hire cost of the venue, you're gonna need people to turn up. sooooooo.. somewhere central.

you could host it where I hosted CF as that was reet cheap - the info of where the place was is on the crossed fingers website so I'm sure with 5 minutes effort would could be on their website and find their email address. Anywhere is good, but if this is going to have a venue that'll cost you money, it's going to need people to be able to get there.

mind you you might be too young to legally hire a place, that's a thought : o
