I need help my yellowood stencil deck was shipped 23 days ago. I have emailed yellowood numerous times with no response. I need help in getting my deck or my money back. What should I do. How do i get them to respond.[url=][/url]

first off you only need one picture bro. also if u live in the usa it takes like a month and half to get here. they would never rip anyone off.

It takes a while from Portugal to USA.

Yellowoods shipping is really bad apparently, that's probably the case. If you dont get it within 30days keep emailing them

If you used paypal, make sure you file a dispute before the time runs out, if you dont get what you ordered.
Usually for legit companies that might have genuinely forgot or got orders mixed up and this will remind them to ship it, or if not you get your money back.

the best thing you can do is wait.

YW send recorded delivery, so if it does get lost, or doesn't turn up, somebody is to blame.

just wait. its hauled up in your countries customs and will be with you soon.

emailing them 'numerous' times is annoying. it just wastes time and i know how much it p1sses owners off. just wait.

if you want to mail someone moaning why your package is not with you moan to your sorting office....its not YW's fault. they are not in charge of the mail service.....if YW took the time to mark in your account that the package has been shipped, then it has been shipped. just wait.

Don't file a dispute and calm down. I've ordered 3 yellowoods. 1 took 2 weeks and 1 day. One took 2 weeks and 3 days. One took 1 month and 1 week. Just be patient. I live in USA too.

23 days is coming close to the time limit so do it immediately. There's a difference between filing a dispute and a claim. The dispute is the first stage and the claim is the next stage and you can't file a claim unless you file a dispute first. After you've done the dispute, type a good explanation of the dispute and send another message to YW. Don't be rude, just remind them to send the deck. You probably won't need to escalate it to a claim.

Yellowoods take an awfully long time to shipping. Just wait. Mine took like a month and a half to get here.

Yellow wood have the worst customer services out of all companies ive dealt with and when they feed you that bollox about its not there problem if its lost in the post it is legally there problem dont take there bullshit.... open a complaint asap in paypal you should get a response then.. was the only way i got a response when myn vanished in the post then they fed me all this shit about not there problem then paypal got my money back for me

i cant file a claim in paypal because i used a credit card checking out and used the option that says dont have a paypal account? I have one but i didnt remember the password at the time. what else can i do?

i wish yellowood could just look at this post afterall they have a profile on this form.

If the transaction was made via paypal in any form your covered by there buyers protection.. But you only have 30 days to make a complaint after that its a no go... Try giving it a few more days until the 29th day after purchase then contact paypal via phone

they are shipping a new one i got a email from them two days ago. Thanks for everyones help.
