| place your index finger on nose and other finger in the middle and pull hard on frontwards by touching nose on the ground. |

| nollie is were you ride regular but you pop the nose! it helped me to just pop it and push stait back..befor you know it youll be doing nollie flips |

| repetition! you have to build those muscles, your fingers aren't used to doing that (just like when you started fingerboarding) it just takes repetition and you'll soon be comfortable  |

| yeah the more and more you do it you will find yourself getting closer and closer.
even if your not landing it or its even flipping away from you....your fingers are still geting used to the motion and in no time youll have the nollie flip like i said above^ |
