Alright, so I needed to do this in front of everyone because I feel it would work better to have everyone else's opinion, and because Darian is slightly involved with this.

I believe it was about 4-5 months ago that me and Gillybear came to a trade agreement: 12 OG decks for a complete setup consisting of a Yellowood Z3 blank, Closeup trucks, and Black Ywheels.

After about a month or so of waiting after he had said he shipped it, I contacted him and asked him about it. He said he would contact the British post service.

Another month or so passed, and still no package from Gilly. I noticed that he had a thread whereof he was selling the same Ywheels that I had traded for. He had mentioned something about the ones I was getting were lost in the mail, and this was his last set which he doesn't use. I thought nothing of this because I reasoned with myself that Gilly is a respected member and is also a legitimate trader. I did however question this in the beginning, because he hadn't another set before, so some suspicion did rise.

So the past months I've been waiting for the package, and to no avail, I have pretty much given up..... until now.

I was talking with Darian N. and he said that Gilly had sold him a Yellowood Z3 blank through messaging for 22 dollars. I immediately was appalled by the fact that he hadn't shown it in threads or anything, and that he kept it hidden though PMing.

My assumption is that he was not satisfied with the trade, so he simply did not send his part of the deal. He did however offer to send my items back, but being that I had no use, I said to keep them. I'm not sure that this is enough evidence to you guys, but for me it surely is.

If anyone has any questions, or wants to help me get this sorted out, please feel free to comment. Mods feel free to move this if you feel it isn't in the right place.

Damn dude, that's a nightmare, pretty un-legit if he has scammed you, personally think it's an absolutely grim thing to do!
Have you tried messaging him about it recently? Now that you know there is some uncertainty surrounding the whole affair?

First off complete was posted but wasn't insured and quiet frankly have no idea where its ended up

second that yellowood was from a product toss at crossed fingers that I sold to DarianN ( Brand spanking new one ) ( yellowoods suck just for the record get a blossom)

and thirdly why would i need to scam anyone when i have more savings in the bank than most people earn in ten years of the life

As for bushings... some orders could of very well been missed... have had literally 150+ orders that all had to be bagged up and put into envelopes and sent so chances are the 3 that havent turned up are human error ... I thought all had been posted. you seriously need to get on at me via pm or email as ive been in and out of court recently and my mind is else where at the moment fighting legal battles

And gunner i told you id send you something to make up for the lost package like 3 days ago ... Kinda wish i hadn't bothered sending it now. This in a pm would of been nicer. But hey its been posted know so enjoy...
