| so i ordered some stuff from the a couple of weeks ago today i got a note throught the door saying i have to pay a customs charge
of £15.30 i emailed him idk what to do |

| Its all in how the custom forms are filled out...and if the package is under a pound, they dont have to be claimed...so either you ordered a bunch of stuff or the form was filled out all screwy... |

| this happened to be yesterday when this guy sent money to buy some redawns from my site. luckily it was only £1.10 that i had to pay but it still sucked.  sen his board out in the end tho so yah! |

I do not know what to say, that is completely out of my hands, or control. I have nothing to do with customs fees.

| anything over the value of 18 quid sent to uk from outside of the eu you have to pay.......i had to pay 13.50 to get my latest bw from ff.............sometimes they go unmissed though.....it sucks i know.....thats why were supposed to order through brr theres nothing you can do jack...you gotta pay it if you want your parcel.... its the post office handling fee that is the rip off......8 quid of mine was for that.....and i thought postage was paid at the other end?....hmmmm. i might contest it but it pointless....

| yeah, theres not much that can be done about it.........about half of my orders get through the other half get caught......my latest bw from ff cost me 45 quid......the customs fees aint too bad though....its the royalmail handling fee that i s the ripoff...its more than the customs charges.... |
