I was bolting on my brand new brt's and a chunk damn near broke off the baseplate I emailed mike, hopefully I can send em back. He cant say they were mounted wrong, cause I have 8 sets of brt's and none of em have done this...anxiously waiting his reply...have I mentioned I hate waiting!!

dam.........brr should seriously do something about the screws and weak plates on brts...the screws are just too dam burly for the baseplates...when you first screw them in, your forcing the metal......i use tech deck screws on new brts now....they are cool, just a bit too long though....


and i hope mike/brr sorts it out for you quickly tmg........its not like you'll wont have another set though ....but seriously it sucks......


maybe brr might be bringing out redesigned brts along with the flatshapes?......brts need screws like y's have...that would be cool

yeah that would sweet if the baseplates were big and tapped like the y's...imma try tech deck screws on my new ones from now on blosom...I have a bunch of screws that are for y's...maybe ill use those...hmmm...

Lol brr should work on the baseplates and they should also sell hangars and baseplates seperately so incase you grind your hangar down so much you can get a new one

Yeah I know its not a big deal...trucks will hold with 2...but it just the fact that I paid almost $80 bucks for em, and that happened the first time I screwed em on...

yeah with the price that they are, i think they should make them a little stronger...

Well going on a week and still no reply from mike, his mom, or whoever is taking care of the emails...I emailed brr about 'em today, so we will see if they respond in the next couple days...kinda disappointed at mike, especially as much money as I have given him...

Yeah, Mike makes so much, but I seriously think he needs to hire some people if he is going to keep it up. My normal response time (when I have a question for them) is over 2 weeks which makes me mad!
