need some help with my heelflips , my rotation is very slow when i do sometimes get it

When you pop and go for the flip, try bringing your hand out and away from you and kind of straighten your flipping finger when doing so. I don't know if that makes sense but that is what I do and I'm pretty good at them. You kind of have to do the hand movement faster than most other tricks too, btw.

Imagine that there's a man in front of you, eye level with the deck. When you pop, imagine that you're pushing out and poking him straight in the eyes? If that makes any sense.
The distance between your fingers should also be the right distance to jab someone in the eyes, middle finger on the edge of the tail and the index finger just behind the front bolts works nicely

This is pretty much what I do but to a lesser extent. I like how my heelflips flip slowly though.

when u pop and flip throw ur arm out in front of you like ur pushing someone

your finger used for popping should be close to you on the back kick and your other finger should be right below the front bolts. Once you pop it, just push your whole hand foward

The way that I learned heelflips was by doing a varial heelflip and catching it at 90 degrees and turning it back.

Sounds complicated, but it's a very easy way to learn it.
