Is it possible to reshape a set of wheels screwing them up? I have a set of china bearing wheels and would like to make them a bit more round on the outside, and maybe a bit slimmer too, because I like the look of slim wheels. They look like they're made of pvc plastic. Also, I don't have a lathe, so if possible, could I use a drill and a sharp knife/razor?

You could probably sand them until you get the shape you like. Would only do it on China wheels though.

I have a bunch of td wheels I can try it out on, but how would I keep the wheel in place on a drill? I can't just use truck because the wheel would spin around on the axle. Hmm...

Maybe put it on a drill gun and open the piece so it holds the wheel in place, then while the wheel is spinning, apply it to sandpaper?

The wheel keeps falling in though. I need something to hold the wheel, while also preventing it from spinning.

Maybe rip an axel out of some tech deck trucks, put a load of spacers on (or if you don't have those, use tech deck bushings), so the wheel will be snug and then just screw the wheel on tightly and put it into your drill thing?
