Filming issues! Empty
PostSubject: Filming issues!   Filming issues! EmptyWed Oct 30, 2013 9:34 pm

So I've been watching a shit ton of minis, and skate parts tryin to get inspired and it's working too well. I can't seem to figure out how to hold the camera in one hand and fingerboard in the other and it come out decent looking! I've got a fish eye for my iPhone, which is what I use to film. Anyone have any pointers for fingerboard multitasking? Ahah.

Help is appreciated! very happy

I've got this crazy idea.

You use tie fishing line to your thumb and that way the camera drags along on some sort of line when you move it across the table.

I find that ridiculous as well as the idea of filming with one hand and finger boarding in the other.

really all about just having a steady arm, also a handle should help alot, maybe something like this http://www.amazon.com/i4software-Steadfast-Handle-Tripod-Android/dp/B007AKHLBE/ref=pd_sim_sbs_p_3

I have a handle for my T2i and I think it actually makes self-filming more difficult. I only use it as a stand for stationary fisheye shots.

sometimes a handle helps!
its all about finding a comfy angle that looks good
also you gotta get used to following your hand and stuff
its a bitch but its worth the work it looks sick as fuck
