Tried Portuguese sites? It will most likely track it with a Portuguese company until it leaves the country but it won't be tracked any further.

I believe you can just put it into google and it will know where the number is from.

PT means it's portoguise. You could check their post service website, but there is no garantee that they have registered the package yet.

I've sent a lot of packages with tracking that never got tracked in the end.
