The trick at 14 seconds in, looks like it's going to be a switch heel and in the middle of the flip it flips back the other way without him touching it. Am I just sleep deprived or is that board actually defying the laws of physics.

I watched it over and over and the only thing i could think of was that his palm hit the board.

I thought of his palm too, but honestly it doesn't look like the board is that close to his palm.. I don't get it. I guess he'd be able to say for sure
