I guess I'm curious because I do parkour, and i'll go out and train/sesh with my buddies like all day. And the only times I fingerboard are like at night, or when I'm on the computer; never any longer than like 20 minutes. Do people spend time fingerboarding as much as they spend time doing sports and stuff? Or do you guys just fingerboard kinda whenever it comes about in between daily life?

i fingerboard more than i should.

I have a very busy life at the moment so I haven't found much time to do it but most of the time when I'm not busy, at least an hour a day.

3-4 hours a day

Basically whenever I have a chance, which is when I take a break from homework or w/e. Probably like 1-2 hours per day.

I just fingerboard when I'm in the mood.

Sometimes its just a few tricks on the table and sometimes its way more serious and I do long sessions.

That's where I'm at now, but I watch videos and I'm not anywhere near as clean, consistent, or good as a lot of people are and I wanna be that good. So hopefully I find more time to fingerboard. I just wonder if the people that are really good spend a lot of time practicing or if they just "fingerboard when they feel like it"

I fingerboard like 5-10 mins a day haha, I never have time. I fuck around in the mornings sometimes, but the area I've got to fingerboard is full of decks and shit and really awkward.
We have a tiny house right how and a roommate, so I can't even fingerboard in the evenings cause my partner and our roommate hate the sound haha. 

Don't worry about being consistent, if you want to be, practice more. But really the most important thing is that you're enjoying it. I don't push myself to learn new tricks, I just like to chill and ride the pool I built or something, that's why I never film.

Almost every day, but how long I board varies. Sometimes I just do a few tricks for a few minutes, and sometimes I really take the time to do like half an hour constantly rearranging my obstacles But I don't really do long sessions, at longest maybe an hour or so.

I just sit at my computer and do flatground tricks most of the time aha, half of the time I just do it subconsciously because my deck is right next to me.

I rarely sit down and have a dedicated fingerboard session.
