| I tried to take my bolt of my axle to remove the wheel to clean the wheels but one bolt wouldnt budge, it would just spin the other axle on the other side to the point the other bolt will fill off, so then i got some pliers and held the other axle in place and tried to remove the other bolt that way, and then the axle snapped on me, with the bolt still on! Could i email Blackriver and get a replacement Locknut and Axle? Pics:  |

| It is supposed to could remove the axle, just put it in again!  And btw, Blackriver´s service sucks. They just ignored my messages, so I gave up |

| You should use two tools in future, and never tighten the nuts too tight, they're lock nuts so they don't need tightening all the way  I made this mistake on my oldest set, but fortunately I haven't broken mine |

| It's two late now but as long as you can get one nut off the trucks will function you just slid off the axle, slip on a wheel put the axle back in and set up the other wheels like you usually would but you'll probably need 2 tools |

| part of the axle is inside your locknut.so email brr they usually reply in a few days.also send pictures to them and stuff but your probably fucked since you got the in a trade.You could try to buy a new wide hangar (asking politely) but on the site they have only 29mm ones |

| I got a pair of 32mm brts and they sent me one 32 and one 29 I contacted them and within a few weeks I had a new, 32mm hangar so the customer service in my experience was good. so just contact them |
