ok so I bought this deck under the impression that the graphic would not wear and was made with quality. well even though the deck seems to be molded nicely it has its defects.

the holes are drill off and only two holes line up on my baseplate at unless I make them crooked then the two that lined up now are off and the other two line up. I feel like I risk stripping my x4 baseplate cause I will have to angle the hardware to get the bolts started. the hole pattern is more of a  parallelogram rather than a rectangle like it should be. (the drill walked is what happen)

also the graphic has been vary quickly applied and the lacquer is blotchy and un even. vary thin layer over all. the graphic looks like it was glued on with a glue stick and has started to peal off (have not used the deck yet) and will continue to peal due to the fact the lacquer is vary thin and the graphic is raised/thick.  

I do not want to set up this deck in fear of stripping my baseplate and trying to get the hardware started would damage the deck and will make it non returnable.

I have contacted them and he says until I can prove the holes are out he will not refund a penny.
I stated I am not happy with the deck and I am willing to pay shipping to return the deck, tape, stickers and all that came in the package for a refund.

I gave him pics to show the defects and he said it does not look bad to him. I do not have a vary nice camera on my pos phone.

Funny thing is that I already refunded you? I'm sure Keiran can post pictures of the deck when it arrives to him, since I've gifted it to him. The graphic was applied just as the brutal graphics are - so they are obviously raised above the initial wood itself and can be felt like a sticker, but the graphic will not peel. I can provide pictures with a DSLR camera once I'm home from school. I still stand by this deck, it's perfectly fine.

Really the only reason Chris is posting this is to get back at me for at least making him justify his return. I'll have pics later, cheers all.

This is simply a retaliation post because I didn't handle him like he was the queen of England. He was rude, uncooperable, and just a straight up dick. If anyone would like to ask Simon (SiCar) about his threats about a thread like this, feel free.

It doesn't seem like you were very receptive of the initial complaint and blamed the buyer. "Clearly you've done the damages on your own." That's probably not the best way to initially handle a situation like this

This was mid conversation, so it is somewhat out of context.

I was responding to the pictures he sent me, which can be seen here. The graphic was applied with heat and the lacquer sealed the edges, but as he scraped with his nails, he lifted the edge up on a spot whereas if he would have left it the graphic would have stayed in tact. The lacquer was evenly coated on the deck, but it appeared smoother over the graphic part of the deck.

the grafics pealed of like paper with no force. here is his message.

The graphic was still in perfect condition when I received it, and I even tried to take it off myself, using legitimate force with my nail. Needless to say someone else will benefit from your ignorance. I'm not a big operation, nor do I really care about how I treat people like you. Had you been a nice guy about it and handled it appropriately, I would have treated you to a refund straight away. If the graphic peeled off like paper then why is it still on the deck in perfect condition (other than the 2mm wide part you peeled up?)

You said you'd pay for return shipping, so I refunded you the cost of the deck. I didn't refund you my shipping money. The deck isn't going to be relacquered, I took it out of the bubble mailer and put it directly into a new one once I got the mail after work Saturday night. And you are a liar, because the deck was in prestine condition.

I did pay to ship it it cost 3 bucks.
in the pics clearly show this deck as a booty deck. not saying all decks from you are that way. just that one.

Couch - you seem to be quite picky with your purchases... and you have every right to be, we work hard or our money! However, you thought you saw issues with the graphic before you even ordered it...maybe next time go with your gut.

Gunner - seems as though you could be handling this a little better, even if the customer was being rude in your opinion. Your decks seem pretty tight, and this is the first time I have heard negative things about them.

Gunner/Couch - this would have been better for the both of you if it was handled in private. Also dealing with each other like adults!

Not sure why I am sticking my nose in here...Just my 2 cents... but who the fug am I? lol...

I only posted this cause he got shitty. and I never called him a name other than you suck.
I look at $30 for a deck as in the holes are spot on and the graphic to stay unless its a real wear.

I know the decks are not all bad. not saying that. he told me it would not peal when I ordered it. also the holes are off. so after getting such a hard time to refund and all the messages I chose to post. I don't sell I buy. this little hobby I can walk from any day. love it but don't need it.
seems to think if I don't see blems in pics then I cant return.

dude the only reason i posted this is cause he was acting like a jerk. the deck he sent me was fine other than his holes were off and the graphic was for real pealing. if he wasn't a jerk about it i would have not posted it. i am not saying his decks are junk by no means. he could have just taken the blemish deck he sent me back and not been a jerk about it and this post would not be here. hope you like your new decks.
