| Take some wax, rub it onto your grip lightly, so you can smell it, but not so much see it. Then take regular clear tape, apply it on your grip really tightly and peel it off! Just figured this out when I was waxing an obstacle  !!! |

| I do the same, just minus the wax. The packing tape cleans it completely and it feels much more grippy once it's clean! |

| I would say probably not something that is super oily...
If there are any hockey players here (doubtable) there is a product called Sex Wax that is very popular for waxing sticks. It is very grippy and if you rub it in your fingers and just kneed it around for a while until your fingers are very very lightly coated in it, it works very nice. And it smells great... |
