I just came back from the gallery and had a talk with ben(the owner)
he said i can use the place but only if it isn't booked i gave him a few dates though so fingers crossed
there will be burgers and drinks that you can buy in the bar (the gallery is in the back garden of the bar basically)
everyone would have to bring ramps btw lul
its right next to the train station and ill get directions as well
the only problem is accommodation for those people coming from far away, about 3 or 4 people can sleep at my house and hopefully you can find a few hotels around london (thanks to the awesome transport system we have here you can be anywhere in like 30 mins )

If you do hold the event I will, try to come depends. If my dad can take me depending on the date

the date will hopefully be a saturday on midway/late january
so im thinking jan the 15th or 22nd

ok fair enough. i just thought that you were supposed to confirm the venue from day one.

as it is, people may have booked train tickets or hotels in advance only to find out a week or 2 before it due to happen that a venue hasn't been booked.
