Is it a respected company? When was it established?
Just wondering because my company B4 (By fingerboarders 4 fingerboarders) was established november 1st And I just wanted to make sure i wasnt accidentally jackin there slogon.

all i know is someonebody on here i cant remember their name ordered the big concrete stair thing

They're pretty new, teased us end of summer with it, but just released a couple weeks ago.

Are you claiming the rights to "for fingerboarders by fingerboarders" as a slogan?
because I also use the slogan for the magazine 5 ply.
The phrase comes from FUBU the clothing company "For Us By Us"
lots of other companies use a similar phrase and I think it's going to be hard to claim some sort of realistic rights to it.

they're totally legit, gave three members on here free decks (me, thom + blosom. Apparently we won a raffle. Didn't realise I entered XD) But I've chatted to the guys who run it and they're really nice guys. It came out what used to be just 'fingerblister accessories', if I'm not mistaken. So, yea, its been in the works for a while and is a legit company. They're doing some really great stuff too, with points and getting people free stuff for spending money there..

And, really, if anyone tried to claim IP rights to a company name that isn't the same name.. I'd facepalm.

Best bet is to email the guys who run it, tell them your company was around first politely, and ask if they mind you using the name still.

Thanks for the info guys I'll probably just rename my company when it fully releases later to avoid trouble, and to keep it original. The ramps are kinda on hold because I work and live on the slopes during the winter, but I will make a very limited few if you pm me and tell me what you want
