Yeah i created the mold but the concrete didn't hold well cause i rushed it the next one should be 100% better but the lacquer made it so cool to use.

speaking of ghetto, I made this earlier. it's definitely not pretty but it's sturdy as hell, and really fun! I put some wooden support beams and shit in there, and it's all stuck together with epoxy, it DOES not budge!

ive played around with those little bricks you have on the top too...they are those tiles and all the little squares are joined together by paper....i blue tack them to my transition curb sometimes for that rough d' d' d' d' d' d' 'd feeling grind.....good work, looks the perfect size

I was thinking of doing something like that with the "rough d' d' d' d' d' d' 'd feeling grind". It would have been made out of wood though, cuz it would most likely be cheaper for me.

Ryan was it a wood mold? I made wood molds from yard sticks and hobby wood you can get a lot of cool shapes like that , I know people use silicone also i haven't tried that yet, but their are cool looking silicone molds available and it would be super easy to do.

yeah basically you can just saw lines in the wood to get the same effect...

yeah, just a 1inch by 1inch piece of wood, about 12inches long, like a little curb say....and just saw lines across the top a cm apart...would be sick to grind cos you get that 'feeling' to it....and you could use this idea on anything you wish....mini's, benches etc

I think I'm gonna do this tomorrow. Thanks for the inspiration haha. Maybe I'll just make a bench to test it out.

and if you was really clever, you could then slot nails sideways into the lines you just cut and they would stick up a little and would look sick, and be a awesome grind......just use your imagination
