| The pricing set up is an amazon thing, in order to gain access to their market you have to abide by their pricing. https://www.createspace.com/Products/Book/go to the tab marked "Distribution and Royalties" interior is full color bleed, trim 8x10 page count 48 now play with the cover price, see the negatives? Amazon won't let you sell the product at a loss so the price has to be high enough to cover all cost.
