i have nollie, nollie flip, switch flip, you get the point.... i cant do heels at all.
please help

and try nollie heel flips i think it will be easier for you if you have problem with that tell me tomarrow when i will see you:)

I personally curl my kicking finger a bit for heels. That picture is pretty good for showing the finger positions.

Yeh that just put your index finger near the centre of the board and curl it so i applies more pressure then when you pop push your hand forward a bit and you should get them but practice makes perfect

curl ur fingers in the finger positioning that nir showed u, and flick the board out,to the direction of the dip of ur board..thats how i do it
