yeah i could do those....(occasionally).....their quite easy if you do them and put your foot down just the once quickly while the frame is whipping round, but to do them without putting your foot down is quite hard.

the thing with bmx's is you hurt yourself alot learning tricks.....no pain no gain.....just keep telling yourself that

I use ta bmx alot back in the day between skate spots, great fun and having the no pain no gain mentality is the best way to improve.. I could do a good few tricks, 360s bar spins few grinds etc..
I still have a few frames out my back but I don't think
My body will cope the way it use to, I can barely handle skateboarding these days

Go for 360 and commit,I think 180 is alot scarier due to rolling backwards

I like to BMX sometimes,
But I really don't mind bmxr's at the skatepark if the don't get in the way.
some bikes are nice, but way too over priced.
one of them was $1,000USD!

Na my punctuation was just bad, I could do 360s and bar spins separately lol.

I'll have a look in the shed and see if there are any wheels/ wheels with 25 tooth sprockets lying about but there probably aint

oh right i was going to say, but if you ride 25 tooth sprocket
its best to have to have a 9 tooth freewheel( but i basically need a new back tire)
but there like 50 pound
so i might as well just ride 25-14 and then it rides like trial's bike
if you understood any of that wink

Oh right, I kinda get ya
I muddled that up and was thinking of the freewheel lol(with 25 teeth)
I bought an odysey chainwheel Ages ago but it's probably destroyed by rain etc.. I had a s&m frame not sure which one this would be like maybe 6 years or more ago

I just got into BMX recently, haven't been able to practice much though because it's been 115 degrees or more almost everyday. Have you guys heard of Matt Hoffman? I live where he does, he has a public skatepark named after him, and they sometimes hold events very happy
