Subject: Flavour is holding tryouts! Sat Nov 26, 2011 6:02 am
As the title says, I've decided to hold tryouts! A little bit of criteria:
-video must be around a minute long, I'm not awfully picky with how long it goes for./ -title must be 'Flavour Tryout', otherwise I won't be able to find it (unless you post in this thread, haha) -spice it up a bit, don't do the same tricks you always do, make it special -I'll be looking for two people, but if they're is enough interest, I may take more. -Only tryout if you'll actually represent the company! I had a rant with Zeb about this, nothing grinds my gears more -Tell me a little bit about yourself! Add me on Facebook if you want. It helps to know the guy that'll possibly sponsor you
Okay, rad, so we've been through all of that. Just post in this thread your video, maybe a little bit about yourself, and yeah, whatever you think is neccesary! Tryouts will close whenever, so don't think there's a mad rush or anything, take your time

If you are talking about the one before your post then yeah it was alright.
He really needs to focus on his lighting, sometimes I can't even see what the fuck he's doing because he's either not using his camera properly or not using enough light.

Yeah like I dig the tricks but I just go like "Damn what was that I couldn't even see."
When I film a video for anything I always do multiple shoots and then take the one that looks the best...
Filming and editting is a bit of a learning process so you can only really get better by making mistakes and having people who are more advanced helping you pinpoint those minor tweaks.

Yeah, I mean personally I do very little filming because I don't have the time to edit, but once I do enough it will go faster and I can do more filming. Still an ill video though, my favorite of the ones I've seen for the flavour try outs
