The reason my hand is in the air is because I had only 3 seconds to record, and if I moved it normally, you wouldn't see the trick. Suckish landing, my camera is: Sony HDR-CX105E, Opteka MKII

It's called smooth slow, and it takes 3 secs of footy and stretches it into 11, then I had to downsize it, and then the quality is worse because of slowmo lol
