I've been noticing that people here have not been treated fairly, and it's getting a bit upsetting to me. I'm not sure if you guys have noticed this but here's what I've noticed. (I'm not going to name, names in this just because they are insignificant to the point)

For example:
One individual was banned for spamming, then joined back onto the site on another account and evaded his ban earning him a perma ban.

There is nothing wrong with what was done to take care of that individual.
Here is where things go wrong:

This person posted porn, was given a ban. Joined on another users account, and evaded his ban, then spammed, and didn't receive a perma ban, never mind time added onto his suspension. Reason for this is because this person is more then likely friends with the admin.
^If Nitromelvin or some new guy did this crap he would be perma banned instantly.

Just because some one has been here longer doesn't give them the right to be able to do wrong and get away with it. If anything they should know the rules far better then the newer members.
This isn't a poke at anyone here, I just don't things are run fairly around here, and something needs to be said about it.

Just to start out with, we all know who this post is about, even though you didn't tell us.

What I find interesting is that you find yourself higher than everyone else. You spot everything that's wrong with everyone else, but fail to see what you're doing wrong.
Sure, some people on here have done stupid stuff (I still love you James <3) but that doesn't give you the authority to condemn them and act like you're better than them. That's the mods' job . You have literally told someone that they shouldn't even speak to you because they aren't as important as you because of their age. You've told someone he was an immature child, even though your avatar is a picture of an ass and in your signature you have a picture called "dick butt." Do you not see the hypocrisy?

I'm not acting like I'm more superior than anyone else, I've screwed up a bunch of times on here. But I put my big boy pants on and apologized. I feel like you should too.

Banned for being immature, we said we have dealt with this, but Tyler kept on going.
If anyone else has a problem, feel free to pm one of us, just be mature about it, Tyler wasn't banned for speaking up, he was banned for being insulting, and being a dick.

According to Max you sent every mod a message saying they were bad.
I honestly don't care about getting banned I can still use FFI so when I get banned from here every now and again I just use that. I'm pretty sure most people will agree that you're being an idiot.

Tyler I 100% agree with you on the welcome email it said that is forum is the most friendly fingerboarding forum and when people post stuff like that I'm not so shuor. Tyler you stand up for what your doing men and if I have to leave this forum to do so I will.
