I've been wanting to make decks for a couple of years now and i am going to make the effort now. I'm going to make a square bondo mold, to get the shape of the fingerboard you will be making onto the mold you get a thin rectangle sheet of metal and bend it into the shape you want. Where do I get the metal to do this? thanks

try somewhere like B&Q and get a thin sheet of aluminium ?

I'm pretty sure that I've seen sites that send free samples of aluminium sheet, not sure which type you need though man

Really thin thing is it'll be super hard to bend the aluminum to the right shape :/
Just get a rough estimate using the aluminum for kick hight/wheelbase etc. then sand the concave out
