| so ive had my redemtion for about a month, when i got it it had a small crack in the kick and now guess what ive been using it for about a month and its been fine but now the kick has snapped off I think it got crushed in the mail when it came

| had you emailed him at the time and said you received a damaged deck in the mail, he'd have almost def done something about it. Now theres no proof you didn't snap the kick off yourself by accident.. I mean, I believe you, but he might not and has all reason not too. Fingerboards aren't as strong as skateboards obviously so a small crack is like a massive pressure crack on skateboards.. If you went to a skateshop and they gave you a deck with a big crack in it, you'd tell them right away. Same applies here.
I hope you get another deck though. |

I find it hard to believe that I sold you a deck with cracks....Not saying that it couldn't have happened but still I spend more time finishing my decks than most. It couldn't got crushed in shipping...IDK
so i think it must of got crushed in the mail he said he will give me half off if i order one so yeah hes really nice and legit
