| When you're replying to a thread or even starting your own, there is a toolbar that has everything from font sizes, to picture hosting. You'll want to hover your mouse over to where the picture and link is. It will look like this-  Then you'll want to hover your mouse on the option that has a photo and a video then once it is clicked, click the upload button and then select your file and click host it. It will look like this-
