i wanna start making decks and maybe start a company where should i get my molds and wood gator fingerboards looks good should i go there.

Make your own mold, buy veneer off eBay then make decks till they are perfect. THEN give a few away to people you trust enough to tell you the truth. Then sell small batches.

This should be a lot of information to start off with. The FFI link I posted has tons of information on making decks such as what veneer to use,where to buy it,various glues and what not. Just search through the pages it has and you'll find a ton of information.
