Can anyone recommend some skate shoes with good heel protection because I'm just recovering from really bad heel bruise and I can't not skate so the next best thing is a good pair of shoes, thanks

idk many but I had a pair of DVS that we're good on heels.

Buy some cup soles if you get heel bruises

fixed. i use duffs shoes for biking in they seem like they'd be good for skating Hahah I skated for a little while learn't pop shuv and ollie, but i prefer to watch skateboarding than do it.

Haha, I had some Supras before my Es and there were literally unskateable within a week with shoe goo -.-

Es. Es es es. get a pair that have system g2, its a special thing designed by STI (sole technology institute) that protects against heel bruises.. and its SOO good. The reason why I wont skate anything but Es! not all Es shoes have it, look around for what do. Also emerica also use it, so they're good too.
everyone has said other brands but afaik no other companies have anything close to the STI products like STI foam and system G2.

I wear Fallen but to be honest with you I've only gone skating like 3 times with them on. They seemed to be pretty good but I don't shred as hard as some of you guys so I probably have no idea.

This is true I still own my vans from my skating days and despite being thrashed at the toes from ollies and shit they still are super solid and are all in one piece.
Plus nothing beats the feeling of a shoe that is super worn in... <3
