I've never really been good at nollies, I just cant seem to pop them at all, is there any way of practicing?
I've been trying to practice just trying to get them but no luck.

any pointers?

When you pop it, try and get it so its like this- nollie help Dscf1811
and then rotate your wrist back and land it.
