Had this for a while but Id post it here none the less cus you might enjoy it maybe. Always been a big fan of the Almost movie "cheese`n`crackers" so made this mini with vert extention on one side. Its great fun..

I simply made the whole thing..lol! Glad you like it..

The wood for the ramp is a good quality plywood 10mm thick. Coping is 5mm model airplane aluminium tube. Ramp surface is 3mm thick masonite kinda stuff, the kind you find in cabinets and stuff from Ikea. BRR stickers just added for fun and looks..

Well it depends. I already had all the materials and the power tools needed to make it, so it didnt cost me anything. If I didnt I would probably just buy a BRR dos and add a vert extention to it maybe. But DIY stuff is super fun, so its up to you really..

I have some wood, i only need to buy the flexible wood and the coping

Also with what did you cut the curves? I have a dremel 4000 but it cant cut curves D;

I cut curves with a Hitachi Jigsaw -> link
