Hello,
Im going to build a half pipe.
Tell me what you think of the sketch I made.

Size: 21" long, 8 1/2" wide, 7 1/2" deep.
Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas for me. Like bigger or smaller, taller or shorter.
If you want I will post pictures of it while I'm building it to keep you updated on the progress.

...which would be a half pipe? The first "half pipes" were just pipes people skated, and they had no flat bottom. It makes them a little easier to skate but it's not needed.

And both look good man happy

A flat bottom makes the ramps more fun/easier to use

To be completely honest, a mini-ramp is a lot more fun to ride than vert, unless you just plan on doing airs and grabs and whatnot. Nothing wrong with a vert ramp, but for overall use, flip tricks, stalls and so forth a halfpipe without the vert is much easier and more realistic to trick out of and ride back into.

This one is being made like the plans on the paper, and made of cardboard (atm I dont have any plywood).
Once I do have plywood I will make another but with a much greater flat bottom.
