Some tips on landing kickflips to tailslides?

Front or back?

Front: Try popping higher than normal, and open yourself up to the thing you're grinding on. Put your middle finger where you expect the board to land, and just hope that it catches. After a while it will be a piece of cake. happy

Back: This one is a lot trickier... Well, all I can really help with this one is getting the rotation consistent... When you pop, try bringing your whole arm higher than your hand, and then just put your middle finger on the spot where you think the board will hit the grinding surface. I usually do mine pretty low, but let me see if any other techniques work and I'll get back to you. happy

Hope this helps you, Tomi very happy

I'll check them out. gimme a sec shocked

*checked them out*

Well, the decks look pretty well crafted, but some of the decks look like they might have some flaws.

Also, they don't look like they're dyed very well, some of the plies.

I think for the price, you can probably find better decks.

A Pure maybe? very happy

Thanks Gunner. I don't know if you looked at the older videos, but from what I hear, robby has improved his craftsmanship and quality control a lot. I know that the holes used to not be drilled well but I think that's been fixed. I do know I can get better board for the price, but I like trying more 'homemade' decks.

I've looked on his big cartel, have you? The quality, I'm unsure of, since there's only some pics.

If you want homemade decks, look in the companies section dude happy LOTS and LOTS of choices!

I'm looking for some wheels for my Soma setup. I really like the tech deck expert sk8 soft wheels but they don't fit my blackriver trucks.

Any suggestions for similar wheels? Don't really want to spend a great deal but would like soft, bearing wheels.

the best bet is roll 9s, for some reason they fit on any truck and they are cheap, you can always go with the norm and get flatface brt edition. There is someone in sale trade section with black set for sale.

Nollie runabouts fit on anything..
But if you want soft, cheap wheels, I thinkg you'll want the ff t material brt edition wheel.

One of my wheels popped off and I kinda lost a washer...

How long will FF G6's last without washers? Do the backs really wear away that easily?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Crazy Leg pool is from a mold, which is why it is so smooth. How were you planning to make yours?
